Presidential Executive Order on The White House Initiative to Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (2/28/17)– Establishes a White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) that will work to increase the capacity of HBCUs and private-sector involvement. The initiative also seeks to strengthen the ability of HBCUs to participate in Federal Programs.
 
Presidential Executive Order on Restoring the Rule of Law, Federalism, and Economic Growth by Reviewing the "Waters of the United States" Rule (2/28/17) – Ordering a review of the "Clean Water Rule" and its compliance with the goal of keeping navigable waters free from pollution and promoting economic activity.
