Who's Buying and Who's Not

 
In this week's commentary Bob Carey reminds investors that 25 out of 28 companies in the S&P 500 thus far have beaten earnings estimates. He also points out that large block investors are buying this market and how individual investors are still waiting on future considerations such as the November elections.
